Director
Neeta Nair holds an MBA in Tourism and boasts 18 years of experience in the Travel and Hospitality industry. She approaches the intricacies of her field with meticulous attention and precision, drawing on her extensive background. Neeta has worked both as a Travel Agent and as a corporate booker in renowned companies like Thomas Cook, Gulf Air, and Abbott, giving her a valuable understanding of diverse perspectives and client needs. Her passion for event planning has allowed her to organize multiple medical conferences in collaboration with various hotels. This passion ultimately led her to co-found Sublime Travel & Events in 2014, marking her entrepreneurial journey in the industry.
Parameswaran KK
Director
Parameswaran K K brings to the table three decades of invaluable experience in the hospitality sector, having worked extensively with renowned global brands like Hilton, IHG, and Marriott. He has been at the forefront of Food and Beverage Operations, revenue management, and has served as a consultant for various new projects within the industry. In 2018, he founded and has been actively involved in managing Petrichor Hotels, a hospitality venture in collaboration with Sublime Travel & Event. With his profound understanding of hotel operations and allied services, Parameswaran excels as a skilled negotiator, adept at dealing with both hotel management and event production teams. His expertise in event management, coupled with his knack for menu planning and flawless execution, makes him a standout professional in the field.
Roshni Lelani
Director
With an MBA in Tourism and over 15 years of experience in the airline industry, she has worked with leading airlines like Malaysia Airlines, Drangon Air, Cathay Pacific, and SpiceJet. Her last corporate project was as South India Corporate Regional Head for SpiceJet Airlines, post which she chose the entrepreneurial route and joined Sublime Travel and Events as a Partner.
With core experience in corporate sales negotiations and customer service, she brings with her knowledge and experience in the Corporate Travel sector. She leads the Corporate Division at Sublime Travel & Event with her vast experience.
